General Purpose

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Taking Feedbacks on the after sales service
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • provide first cut pricing and product information
  • perform customer verifications ( desirable – as an additional commercial skill)

  • keep records of customer interactions and transactions for complaints resolutions

• Responsible for directing the cold Equipment operation and sales.

• Knowledge of acquisition and Setup.

• Proven track record of Acquisitions and Manufacturing capabilities.

• Complete business operations and revenue generation for the organisation.

• Leading brand-building initiatives including consumer promotions.

• Responsible for developing and executing on strategies to accelerate the growth.

• Adept at conceptualising and executing marketing strategies to transform business to achieve stretch business goals and objectives.

• Responsible for maintaining good relationship with hotel consultants and Key customers.

• Responsible to maintain and operate systems to minimize product losses and variances.

• To ensure management of quality, warehousing and logistics. • Provide leadership in supply chain.

• Confers with team to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales, records control and purchasing.

• Responsible for managing and preparing annual budget forecast and targets.

• Responsible for leading teams to improve operations and participate in strategic company initiatives.

• Implement and communicate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KPMs (Key Performance Metrics) for betterment of Cold Room Division.

• To ensure all the targets are set for all the team under supervision and are being met as well.

Requirements
